The DSR8020 switch is a KVM over IP solution with eight digital paths for simultaneous access for up to eight remote servers, the ability to remotely power cycle connected devices, external modem support when the network is down. It also features built-in web browser support.Combined with DSView 3 management software, the DSR8020 switch provides browser-based access to any connected device in your data center. DSView 3 software, with hub and spoke architecture, increases security with failover authentication. Users authenticate to a central management server (the hub) or one of 15 mirror servers (the spokes). SNMP and IPMI support are also provided.
